GenGENERAL INFORMATION
Cake Smash Sessions are such a fun way to celebrate a 1st birthday! As a Children's Photographer I have to say I am ecstatic to do these! I love making props and decorating the "set." I offer themed cake smash sessions at my studio in Fort Mill, SC for the surrounding areas to include Rock Hill, Fort Mill, York, Richburg, Lake Wylie, Columbia, Ballantyne, and Charlotte. In fact, Hunter traveled here from Fayetteville for me to capture his Wild One Birthday Cake Smash Session! As a custom cake smash photographer, I decorate according to your desires. Pricing on these sessions do vary according to props and decorating time, but they start at $495 for 1 hour of coverage, an online gallery, an entire gallery download, and a $25 print credit. Generally if you choose a color theme with balloons, streamers or paper decorations, there will be no additional costs. For more time intensive backdrops or prop aquisition, there may be additional costs involved.
THINGS TO BRING

Baby Soap and Bubble Bath (I do not provide these items, because children can be allergic to so many different things)

WHAT TO WEAR

Mom-OLD CLOTHES! You will likely get dirty during the session. I can also leave the room for you to change when it's over if necessary.

Cutie-An outfit or 2 for the before pictures.
CAKE SMASH SESSIONS ARE BROKEN UP INTO SEGMENTS

I like to photograph the cake with the backdrop for you in a variety of ways and artistic styles.

You'll likely have picked out a cute outfit or 2 to begin with for your cutie, so I will photograph him or her with the backdrop and the cake before he or she digs in.

Your cutie munching down, screaming and crying, and giggling with the cake. The smashing has begun at this point.

I can provide a pail with or without rubber duckies. We can do a mini bubble session at the end while your cutie is getting clean or use the existing theme for the bathing pictures. (This is optional, and there is no additional cost. I provide this, because your child will likely be a hot mess, and you don't want your car getting cake smashed as well! This service must be requested.)
