The Dairy Barn in Fort Mill, SC was THE perfect location for Jackie and Chase's "Alabama bluegrass meets traditional Chinese" Wedding! Jackie and Chase are both chemists with one working in Charlotte, NC and the other working in Chester, SC. They settled in this area a few years back due to the job availability in their field, so neither of their families live around here. They had family and friends come in from all over the country for their wedding from Chicago to Alabama. They love their kitty, Snips, and actually just brought another new kitten home! I remember hearing Snips going crazy in the background of our initial consultation call, and I just knew Jackie and I would be fast friends! Jackie and Chase are fun-loving, adventurous, and just super fun to be around! I love the pastel colors Jackie chose for their traditional western wedding and how the blue she chose for Chase worked so well with the bright reds & golds of her traditional Chinese dress. It was such a mix of cultures that every moment was exciting on their wedding day from the Tea Ceremony to the clogging! YES!! Their wedding planner broke the clogs out and went to town! One thing (out of many) that I LOVE LOVE LOVE about Jackie is that she took my advice for planning the photography into her day! She knew she was going to want sunset pictures of her Chase and planned 30 minutes into her wedding day for it in addition to their post-cereomony formals.
Jackie and Chase had such a beautiful wedding, and they had an extraordinary vendor team to make their day go smoothly.
